Spitfire aluminium front doors are a popular choice with over 60 designs available in a wide range of colours.
A number of designs incorporate a decorative Stainless Steel strip within the aluminium, whilst other designs can include an attractive horizontal aluminium groove . The Spitfire Door we have on display at our Showroom in Leek is a contemporary design. We have chosen Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016 on the outside, with four horizontal Stainless Steel inserts and sandblasted triple glazing, with a White matt finish on the inside.
Our aluminium front doors can be made as a single door in sizes up to 1150mm wide x 2400mm high. For openings wider than 1150mm, a set of double doors or glazed sidelights can be supplied to create a wider entrance. Every door has a sleek, black low threshold for ease of access into your home.
We have a wide range of powder-coated paint finishes to choose from in a matt, gloss or textured finish, and they will not fade in the sunlight. If you like the idea of a wooden front door, but would prefer not to have the maintenance that goes hand in hand with a wooden door, you can choose from a wide range of aluminium wood effect finishes. To maintain your aluminium front door, all that is required is a gentle clean with a soft cloth with warm, soapy water from time to time.
Our Spitfire S-200 Doors are all fitted with a high security locking system, with four hooks and one dead lock, ensuring the doors meet PAS 24 security.
Designs incorporating glass can typically include vertical glazing which runs almost the full height of the door, a number of individual squares of glass, curved glass or oval shaped glass. An optional Stainless Steel trim around the edge of the glass adds a certain glamour. All glazing is laminated triple glazing for added security.
